Dr. Peter Grinspoon, Harvard Medical School instructor and physician at Massachusetts General Hospital, joins Calyx Berkshire for an education-first conversation on aging, sleep, stress, and overall wellbeing.

The evening will include a thoughtful, medically grounded discussion around cannabis, including CBD and low-dose approaches, followed by audience Q&A and book signing.
